ABOUT THE WORTHY BAKER

Chef Jill Worthy's passion and craft is baking. Some people read novels to relax, she reads all about baking! The book, "Baking Science," is her go-to, and she loves to experiment with different recipes for the same dessert to compare and contrast results between them. Then, she tweaks and manipulates the ingredients and methods until she arrives at the best version for that recipe.
